Thermochemical SOP Synthesis
At the core of our SOP production lies the proven Mannheim process. The dry reaction takes place in specialized furnaces heated to 500°C.

Fully Integrated Systems
The plant is designed not just as a production line, but as an industrial platform encompassing all engineering aspects.
By-product (HCl)
Hydrogen chloride gas generated during the process is captured in high-tech absorption columns and processed into industrial Hydrochloric Acid (HCl). Safe storage is ensured by two dedicated 1,000-ton FRP tanks.
Extremely low chloride content verifies the product is fully chloride-free. This is critical for preventing salt toxicity and safe fertilization of chloride-sensitive crops (e.g. tobacco, berries, citrus, grapes).

ELBA's approach to quality is built on principles of documented control, batch-to-batch stability, and compliance with strict international standards.
Product quality has been officially verified by the independent laboratory of the Vegetable Research Institute under the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan (Report No. 049/FAL, October 2025).
