Closed-Loop Waste-to-Asset Co-generation
During the thermochemical reaction of Potassium Sulfate (SOP) synthesis, hazardous hydrogen chloride gas is generated. Instead of venting, ELBA's closed-loop vacuum absorption system captures 100% of this gas, converting it into high-value industrial Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) at 31-33% concentration, yielding up to 12,000 tons/year.
